Is there a minimum order?
We have no minimum order value and no minimum order quantity.

What are the prices composed of?
The prices are valid from our warehouse in Düsseldorf, Germany plus the VAT.
If you are interested in full packing units, please contact us!

How do we ship?
If there are no other arrangements we ship by delivery service.
You can also arrange the pick up with a carrier of your choice.

What freight charges do I have to pay?
Delivery address in Germany:
Order value under 150 EUR: 7,50 EUR
Order value over 150 EUR: free shipping

Delivery to addresses in the EU:
Order value under 350 EUR: 20,- EUR
Order value over 350 EUR: free shipping

All other address:
The shipping costs are calculated individually for your location

How can I pay?

If you pick up the goods at our warehouse, you can also pay cash.

When will the goods arrive?

  1. We immediately deliver all articles that you ordered and that we have in stock!
  2. All outstanding articles will be delivered automatically to you as soon as they are available.

If you disagree with these arrangements, please inform us! For all remaining uncertainty we refer to our GTC.

Information concerning the guarantee and warranty obligation of tin toys:

The paint work may sometimes have little scratches or stains due to their production.  Also the wind-ups are not to compare with the strength of modern wind-ups.
The gears may get stuck sometimes, in this case just give the toy a light push and it will continue its way. If you use the toys with force, the wind-up may break. 
Most of the toys only work on even surfaces. Carpets will be too soft, plastic surfaces too smooth. Please do not forget that children a hundred years ago played on wooden grounds and wooden tables.
